                    (a) An ideal teacher
                           
An ideal teacher is rare these days. An ideal teacher is one who gives out every thing. An ideal teacher loves his profession of teaching. He doesn't distinguish among his students. He loves them all. He is always devoted to his work. He doesn't expect anything from his students. He has a missionary zeal. His students are everything for him. He takes great pleasure in teaching them. In a way, an ideal teacher is meant for others. But it is sad that the society ignores such values of an ideal teacher. We mustn't forget that he is the real builder of a great nation.

               (b) A visit to a book fair

I visited the Book Fair organised at Zila School Campus. Book Fair gives us opportunity to view books on almost all topics in one place. It was a great experience. Many Publishers had displayed their latest publications. Many people visited this fair. School going children enjoyed this fair very much. They also bought books on science and entertainment. They enjoyed cartoon books. I found few books, which I was looking for since last many days. I purchased them immediately.

                     c) My best friend

These days it is very difficult to get a real friend or a friendly class mate. True friendship is a rare thing. But I am fortunate in this respect, I have Sumit, my best friend. He studies with me in the school. He is our neighbour. He is a gem. He is not selfish at all. He is always helpful. I like his company because our interests are alike. He is humorous but not cheap. He is tidy in his dress, speech and habits. He has set his aims high. He inspires me to study, to play and to think. Our closeness for each oth other is mutual. Our friendship is the envy of my classmates

                    (a) My hobby

Good hobby is the best answer to utilise our leisure. It becomes the best source of recreation. My hobby is gardening. I have a small plot of land in front of my house. Here I use the spare time of my morning and evening best. I prepare the soil, nurse the plants and care the flowers. The greenery of my garden adds extra beauty to my house. No one can pass without throwing sight over it. Then I feel mental and physical satisfaction which pacifies my soul.

         ( b ) Scene at a Railway Station. 

Last Friday. 1 went to the Railway Station in the city to see my uncle off. The platform was full of human heads. Coolies were busy in carrying luggage from one platform to the other. The platform was already throbbing with every kind of human activity common to a railway platform. The passengers were moving to and fro. Some were browsing at the bookstalls, while some were sipping tea at tea stalls. Many passengers were drowsing sitting at the benches. The vendors were selling their wares with typical sounds. Soon the train arrived. My uncle got a seat in the reserved compartment. After few minutes the train started moving. All hustle and bustle turned into a temporary quietness. ! returned home.


                    (c) Student life

Student life is one of the most important part of the life of a person. An Ideal student should try to form good habits. He must learn good manners. He has to be kind, gentle and polite. Student life is a happy period of life. It is a life of freedom. But an ideal student uses this time in a better way. He has to develop his body, mind and soul. He has to be hardworking. He should not be after an easy life (आराम की जिन्दगी). He must have some ideals (आदर्श) in life. He should try to make his future. He has to be a good citizen.

          (a) Importance of Discipline

Discipline is a great quality. It means the training of the mind and the character. It teaches us self-control and good habits. It makes us to obey laws. It teaches us to obey rules at home, at school and in the playground. It inspires us to do our work well at the right time and in the right way. Without discipline there can be no teaching and learning in schools and colleges. There can be no work in offices and factories without proper discipline. Without discipline no team can play well and no army can fight well. Without discipline the police cannot maintain law and order. So in offices, schools, colleges, homes, in the playground and parliament, discipline must be followed. In fact, it is necessary in every field of life and every stage of life. Without discipline, the progress would be blocked.

          (b) The Season You Like Most 
                or, Spring Season

There are four important seasons in India: summer, rainy, winter and spring. Each has its own charm and beauty. But I like the spring season most. It comes after winter. The March and April, are the spring months. During this season nature looks charming and beautiful. Trees bring forth new leaves. Flowers blossom. Beautiful flowers catch our attention and we are simply astonished to notice the beauty of nature found in this season. Butterflies, flying from flowers to flowers make this season most attractive. The days are calm, cool and bright. Holi, the festival in India is celebrated during this season.


(c) Annual Day Celebration at our school

Ans. Last week, the 25th Annual Day was celebrated at our school stadium with great dignity. The school gave a festive appearance with a big pandal and well arranged seats. The Director of Education inaugurated the function. He acclaimed the glorious service given in the field of education by our school. Many cultural and sport events followed. The toppers of different class were given prizes during the occasions. After a vote of thanks, the guests visited our newly built Computer Centre.

(a) My Aim in Life

Every one has certain ambitions. As for me, I want to become a doctor. My aim of life is to serve the alling millions in our villages. I feel sad to see that doctors don't want to serve the villages. They care for money and comforts. Real service to humanity is to serve them. With this aim in mind, I pay special attention to science. I want to become a really good and competent doctor. My aim in life is not to be rich. I want to serve the poor and the needy more than the rich. I would treat them free. I would also live in a village for the purpose. This is my aim in life.

(b) Morning Walk or, Importance of Exercise

Morning walk is a good exercise. It keeps us mentally and physically fit. It keeps us in good health. It is suitable for the child as well for the young. It is necessary for the weak and old person. It is suitable for a person, who is engaged in brain work. Walking becomes interesting when it is undertaken with friends. It has its own pleasure. Some people like to walk alone. It is the only form of exercise prescribed for children, women and the old men. One who misses it, misses many good things.

(c) An accident that I have seen

Four persons were killed in a Truck and Maruti Omini road accident at Tupudana cross road. The driver of the Truck was ⚫ driving recklessly. Suddenly the Maruti Omini stopped at the crossing. The Truck hit from behind. The car overturned with the impact of the collision. The driver of the car too got his head smashed. The dead bodies were covered with white sheets after 20 minutes by the ambulance men. It was a pathetic scene. Soon the police arrived. The driver of the Truck had run away. It seems he was fully drunk. A case of rash and negligent driving was registered against him. The injured were taken to a nearby

(a) The Happiest Day in Your Life

Science is my passion. Whenever I get time I study and try to understand different principles of science. Based on the practical aspects of science I use to make various types of models and devices. Just during my leisure I made a model of Energy producing device. It was selected for National Science Exhibition which was held in November 2013. It was a happy time for me. But the happiest day in my life came in this exhibition. The
International Scientists were very impressed by my idea and they invited me for International Junior Science Exhibition to be held in U.S.A. during May, 2014. It was like a dream for me. But it was real. It was the happiest moment in my Life.

(b) Life in a big city

Life in a big city is very strange and full of chances. City life is very lonely and selfish. Everyone looks busy in oneself. He or she has no time for others. Men and women are punctual. There is a hustle and bustle all around. In the city, the standard of living of people is very higher than those who live in the village, but city people have more risks than village people. Only there is an attraction of all facilities in city that draw people towards it but reality is its inverse. There is on peace, stability and calmness. Atmosphere of the city is full of pollution which affects badly to the health of people. Here, there is a great struggle in every walk of life. Although there are more means of ease and comforts life
in the city; hardships and hurdles are also more. 

(c) My Favourite Game or, The Game I Like Most

Football is my favourite game. This is one of the most popular games in the world. I like to play football. I like this game for several reasons. It gives us physical as well as mental health. It is a good source of recreation. We learn team spirit and co-operation through this game. The rules of this game are easy and simple. This game is rather an affordable game. We need just a leather ball and a playground for this game. This game does not take too much of our time to finish. Within a short time we get full exercise and complete joy.

Rajesh Sir, our English teacher, is my Favourite Teacher. He is an ideal teacher in true sense. An ideal teacher loves his profession of teaching. (b) Joy of living in a village

There is a great joy in living in a village. We get fresh air to breathe and pure food to eat. The open fields and its greenery please our eyes. One is always at a peace of mind in the village. There are few difficulties too in village life. The roads are muddy. There is no electricity. Basic requirements like school, hospitals, drinking water etc, are not there. If these difficulties are removed, living in village will feel like enjoying the heaven.

(c) My grandmother

My grandmother is a mixture of ancient and modern traits of personality. She is a graceful figure in the family. She is deeply religious and offers her prayers in the morning. She reads scriptures regularly. This makes her kind and merciful. She tells us many interesting and educative stories. She feeds the hungry and covers the naked. She is a social worker. She has joined organisations and makes every effort to work for the welfare of the poor and down-trodden. She is an active member of welfare society. She keeps in touch with the various developments in society. It is this trait of her personality that makes her a modem

(a) My Birthday Celebration

I celebrate my birthday every year with my parents. My birthday falls on the 14th of October every year. My day starts with touching my mother's feet. Then I go for my father's blessings. This year I celebrated my 15th birthday with great joy and fun. I invited my friends and other family members in the evening. I cut the cake. All wished me Happy Birthday and I thanked them gracefully. Before dinner, cake, sweets, snax and cold drinks were served to all the guests and friends. My friends danced and sang. Everyone enjoyed the celebration. After dinner they went away. I thanked them all for making my birthday so happy.

(b) A Rainy Day

After burning summer, the rainy season sets in. A rainy day is very pleasant to watch. Clouds gather in the sky. A cold wind starts blowing. There is lightning with thunder. After some time raindrops start falling. Every one looks at the falling raindrops. Children take off their clothes they go out in the rain. They enjoy the raindrops falling on their bodies. The rain water starts flowing down the streets. It fills the dry ponds. It becomes very pleasant after the rain. The sky looks quite clear. Sometimes there is a rainbow in the sky. It looks very beautiful.

(c) Visit to A Historical Place

or, Vist to A Tourist Place or, A Visit to Taj Mahal

 In the last winter break the historical club of our school organised a two days trip to Agra. We reached Agra and first of all we went to the Taj Mahal. Shah Jahan had built it in the memory of his wife Mumtaz. In the moonlit night, the Taj looked really 'a dream in marble. We entered through the red-stone gate. The Taj stands on a raised platform on the bank of the Yamuna. The four minarets in the comers looked beautiful. Its beauty was breathtaking. No wonder why foreigners are anxious to visit it. When we left, the image of beautiful Taj was still lingering in our mind It was a memorable, enjoyable and educative trip.
